Review: Daft Punk Album -human after all-
This time it's not gonna be a real
and complete review, just because the last album of the Daft Punk
doesn't deserved to waste much time.
I just wanted to say that I hate "human after all"; I can not believe that it has been made by the same punks who did the classic "homework". Daft Punk has been well know for their first album "Homework", which had, few years earlier, revolutionized the electronic music and still nowadays does (only for this album I will always respect them).
But then, in 2002, their second album "discovery" came out and was already announcing the downfall of the Daft (even if, at least some tracks like "face to face" were enjoyable).
At last, few weeks ago, the Daft Punk released their third album "human after all", and on this one, we can say that the Daft Punk have touched the bottom: there is nothing listenable, every track is a big joke. Some tunes like "robot rock" or "television rules the nation" don't start so bad, but then for 5 minutes, you always hear the same loop.
Consequently, after few seconds of each tune, only one thing come into your mind "can I skip it?". Thus, you spend your time at skipping their album until you hit the end and say: "thanks god, it's over".
By the way, one of their song is called "brainwasher"; it's funny coz, definitely, the Daft have been brainwashed.
Please, if you had bought this album by misfortune, break your cd in two parts and throw it away as soon as possible. (For my part, I was lucky, I didn't have to buy this monstrosity!!!)
